4. Custom Orders
Custom projects require customer approval of specifications, designs, dimensions, materials, engraving details, and other requested features prior to production.
Once production has begun:

Certain changes may require a new quote.
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom orders, personalized products, engraved products, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
5. Pricing and Deposits
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Due to fluctuations in lumber and material costs, quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.
For custom projects:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

Remaining balances must be paid prior to shipment, delivery, or pickup.

Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or cancellation.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
Credit card processing fees may apply. Customers may avoid such fees when alternative payment methods are accepted by the Company.

Wood is a natural material and each piece is unique.
Customers acknowledge that natural variations may occur, including:

Wood naturally expands and contracts based on environmental conditions.

Customers remain responsible for proper cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and safe food handling practices.
West Texas Wood Shop shall not be liable for illness, injury, contamination, or damages arising from improper use or maintenance of food-contact products.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
