    Due to the custom and consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless otherwise agreed to in writing by West Texas Wood Shop, Inc.

West Texas Wood Shop, Inc. assumes no liability for natural occurrences including, but not limited to, cracking, warping, bending, expansion, contraction, or other deformities that may occur over time due to environmental conditions, use, storage, or normal characteristics of wood products.

    All products are sold “AS IS” at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for following all care instructions, safety guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations associated with the use of any products purchased.

Seller’s liability for any claim related to the products sold shall be limited solely to the purchase price of the goods in question.
